What is the status of my order? Can I view previous orders?

Please click here to view your order history. If you have your email address and password, you can sign-in and view the history of all your orders. If you do not have an account, you can enter your order number and the zip code of your ship-to address to see the status of your order.

If you did not enter a password when you placed your order, you can check your order status to the right or contact Customer Service Toll-Free at 800-835-0919, Monday through Friday, 8am to 10pm; Saturday, 8am to 8pm; Sunday 10am-6pm EST.


How do I store shipping information on the website?

If you provide a password with an order, you will be able to logon as a "Returning Customer" and retrieve your "Order History" as well as your billing and shipping information. You can log into Your Account to update your billing information and change your mailing preferences.
