What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise for an exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned.


Exchange Instructions

To ensure that your exchange is processed according to your instructions, please e-mail Customer Service or call us at 800-835-0919 for a return authorization number (RA#) and provide exchange information. This number will ensure that your exchange is processed correctly and in a timely manner.


Can I return a product that I received as a gift?

Yes, but not for a credit refund. A merchandise credit will be issued for gifts that are returned by the recipient. Please allow 2-4 business days for returns processing through our facility.
