STEP #1: Call for a Return Reference Number (RR#)
To ensure that your return is processed according to your instructions, please call our customer service department at 800-835-0919 for a Return Reference number (RR#), and/or provide exchange information. This number will ensure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
STEP #2: Packaging and Labels
Please complete the Return Form on your shipping document or click the button below to print the Return Form.* Be sure to include the Return Reference number that you have been given by calling the above number, attach the form to your package and return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned to: Ross-Simons, Attn: Returns Processing, 9 Ross Simons Drive, Cranston, RI 02920.

STEP #3: Care and Shipping
Because the safe return of your package is as important to us as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Ship your package via USPS REGISTERED MAIL and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived at our facility.
Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by us. All jewelry and diamonds will be inspected by our gemologist prior to the refund being processed.
