Beautiful piece.
I bought this as a gift to my wife for our first baby boy. The pearls are beautiful, and the elastic band that holds the pearls together is sturdy. Even after a month of constant wear the elasticity remains. The pearls are a great size and do not make her dainty wrists look gaudy. Highly recommended!

Low quality of the pearls
Most of the pearls have chips to the side. They are not smooth as one would expect from a high quality pearl bracelet. Also, the engraved letters are not very deep, making them difficult to read.

Quality of product is poor
I am very disappointed in this bracelet. The pearls look very cheap, the gold disc is VERY thin, cheap-looking and the disc does not have enough weight to "dangle"!! It literally stands stiffly between the pearls. The elastic stretch band holding the pearls is very tight. This item is totally overpriced, and I am angry that I spent so much money on this bracelet that I WILL NEVER WEAR!!!
