Why should I add an accidental damage plan?

  • This plan provides coverage for accidental damage from handling (ADH), such as replacement for loss of diamond or gemstones, repair of chipped or cracked stones, restringing of stretched pearl necklaces, broken, bent, or worn prongs, clasps and hinges and more. The Extend ADH plans are in effect from day one and extend your coverage from after your return period expires.

What if I need to return my jewelry?

How do I file a claim?

What do I need to provide if I file a claim?

  • When filing a claim with Extend, you will simply need to provide either your contract ID, email address, or other identifying piece of information.

How long am I covered for?

  • Extend coverage is available in 2 year, 3 year, and 5 year increments!
