DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FREE REGULAR SHIPPING

• Always free Regular Shipping on jewelry orders.
• Regular Shipping for in-stock merchandise is 3‐6 business days.
• Due to weight and size, some items require a shipping surcharge.
• Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule; however, Regular Shipping will take an extra 3 days.
• Free Shipping offers do not include premium shipping charges or international orders.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We offer Express 2-Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping. All expedited shipping orders need to be placed by 1:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Saturday is not a regular business day; if you require Saturday delivery, contact us at 800-835-0919 for delivery options based upon your specific location.

At certain times of the year, our shippers are unable to guarantee expedited delivery to Alaska and Hawaii; if you need confirmation of the expected delivery day, please call 800-835-0919.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for Express or Overnight Delivery.

Express 2-Day Shipping is available for delivery in 2 regular business days and costs an additional $12.95.

  • Saturday or Sunday orders arrive Wednesday

Overnight Shipping is available for delivery on the next regular business day and costs an additional $20.95.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Recipient's telephone number is required on all orders.
• If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you with an estimated ship date.
• Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, please allow approximately 2 weeks from the date your order was placed.
• If your order value is greater than $1,500, a signature will be required at delivery.
• If a shipping surcharge is required  due to an item's weight or size, it will be noted on the Product Page, as well as in the Shopping Cart.
• Items that are weight or size prohibitive or require resizing or personalization may not qualify for 2-Day or Overnight Delivery.
• Free Shipping offers do not include premium shipping charges or International orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship to over 200 countries, including most countries in Western Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean, Hong Kong, South Africa and Japan.

International shipping costs cover transportation, insurance, duties and taxes. At checkout, just click “Shipping internationally?” to access the International Checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated for you based on the country you select. Prices are presented in the currency of the country to which you are shipping. You have the option to ship International Orders via UPS World Ship and or Worldwide Economy. You can expect delivery in one to two weeks for most locations. No promotional discounts or allowances (i.e. Free Shipping) will be applied to International Orders.
