Can I use a gift certificate to make a purchase online?

Yes. Enter your gift certificate number into the area specified on the billing page during checkout.

How do I send a gift certificate?

Click here for "Gift Certificates" or search for 'Gift Certificate' in the search bar.

Choose an amount from the drop-down and click continue. You can choose to send the gift certificate via our regular delivery methods or email it directly to the recipient.

What do I do if my gift certificate has expired?

The value of gift certificates never expires. If you have a gift certificate with an expiration date, please contact 800-835-0919 to verify its validity.

GIFT WRAPPING

How do I gift wrap an item?

While viewing the shopping bag, click the "gift wrap" link on the same line as the item you wish to gift wrap. Not all items can be gift wrapped, so there may not be a gift wrap link for all items. If this does not work correctly, please e‐mail Customer Service. Gift wrapping is available on most items for $5.95 per item. Please allow an extra day to prepare your gift.

GIFT MESSAGES

If you would like to include a personalized gift message for the recipient, you can enter it during checkout on the shipping page. Once your order is complete, the gift message will appear on the shipping invoice.
