Terms & Conditions - VIP Membership

Membership is available to U.S. residents only and runs for a 1-year period beginning on the purchase date. Membership costs $95 for the first year and $75 for each renewal year. Coupons arrive within 2-3 business days via email, or 7-10 business days by mail if no email address is provided.

Renewal

Membership does not renew automatically. To renew your membership at the end of your term, call Customer Service at 1-800-835-0919. We will honor all club benefits through the end of your current membership period, and we reserve the right to discontinue the VIP Rewards Club program at any time.

Money Back Guarantee

Memberships may be cancelled for a full refund at any time within 90 days of purchase if no coupons have been redeemed. After 90 days, there are no refunds.

  • First-year memberships ($95): Cancelled within 90 days with 1 coupon redeemed will be credited $45. Cancelled within 90 days with 2 or more coupons redeemed will receive no credit.
  • Renewal memberships ($75): Cancelled within 90 days with 1 coupon redeemed will be credited $25. Cancelled within 90 days with 2 or more coupons redeemed will receive no credit.

Terms and Conditions for Coupons

  • Limit one coupon per order.
  • Each coupon is valid for a single use; any unused balance is forfeited and no cash or credit will be issued.
  • Coupons are redeemable by phone, online at ross-simons.com, or in-store at 136 Route 5, Warwick, RI. Need help redeeming online? Call us at 1-800-835-0919.
  • Coupons must be used by the member to whom they were issued and may not be duplicated or transferred.
  • Coupons are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, are not valid on gift certificates, prior purchases, or VIP membership purchases/renewals, and cannot be used to pay sales tax.
  • Coupons expire three, six, or twelve months from the date of issue, as listed on the face of the coupon.
  • We reserve the right to reject any coupon we believe has been altered or presented in violation of these terms; our decision is final. Coupons are void where prohibited by law.
