Origin Story

Mother of pearl comes from three primary sources, each producing their own distinct color. Pinctada maxima nacre is large-format, white to silver in base tone; Pinctada margaritifera is darker with green, blue, and purple overtones; and abalone runs the full iridescent spectrum simultaneously.
