Just look at the decadent magenta hue of its faceted 9.80 carat oval synthetic purple sapphire centerpiece -- beautifully framed by ornate 14kt yellow gold openwork and a bright border of luminous 2.5mm cultured pearls, with a larger 6mm cultured pearl drop. Concealed bale fits up to a 5mm chain, sold separately. Revolver safety. White pearl and synthetic purple sapphire pin/pendant. Carat weights are diamond equivalents.
