Pricing Errors

We make every effort to ensure that pricing, product descriptions, promotional offers, and other information on our site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Ross-Simons reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, product description, promotional, coupon, inventory, or other errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on such errors, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If payment has already been received for an order that is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Ross-Simons reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, household, order, account, payment method, or shipping address and to prohibit purchases that appear to be made by dealers, resellers, distributors, or other unauthorized parties.

Shipping Promotions

Ross-Simons currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States. Free shipping promotions do not include expedited shipping charges, oversized or overweight package surcharges, international shipping charges, or other applicable fees. Ross-Simons reserves the right to select or substitute shipping carriers and delivery methods at its discretion.

Ross-Simons Discount-Eligible Items

Many items available for purchase on our site are eligible for promotional discounts or offered on sale. Strikethrough pricing reflects either the introductory price, former selling price, or a comparative value based on factors such as precious metal content, gemstone characteristics, craftsmanship, and similar merchandise offered in the marketplace. Items may not have sold at the strikethrough price, and actual savings may vary over time.

Merchandise offered as “liquidation” or “clearance” has been reduced in price and will not increase, while other items are subject to price fluctuations. Liquidation pricing reflects savings against the price at which the item was originally offered for sale. Quantities of these items are limited and only available while supplies last.
