Shipping Information

• Regular Delivery for in-stock merchandise is 3‐6 business days.*
• For Express Delivery, add an additional $12.95. For Overnight Delivery, add $20.95.**
• PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for Express or Overnight Delivery. 
• Recipient's telephone number is required on all orders.
• If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated ship date.
• Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, please allow approximately 2 weeks from the date your order was placed.
• If your order value is greater than $1,500, a signature will be required at delivery.
• Due to weight and size, some of our items require a shipping surcharge. Shipping surcharges will be noted on the Product Page, as well as in the Shopping Cart.
• Items that are weight or size prohibitive or require resizing or personalization may not qualify for 2-Day or Overnight Delivery.

*Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule; however, Regular Delivery will take an extra 3 days.

At certain times of the year, our shippers are unable to guarantee expedited delivery to Alaska and Hawaii; if you need confirmation of the expected delivery day, please call 800-835-0919. 

**Overnight Shipping is available for delivery on the next regular business day. Express 2-Day Shipping is available for delivery in 2 regular business days. 

All Overnight and Express Delivery orders need to be placed by 1:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Saturday is not a regular business day; if you require Saturday delivery, contact us at 800-835-0919 for delivery options based upon your specific location.

Shipping Promotions

Any promotional discount or allowance (i.e. Free Shipping) will be applied when the order is processed through our order department. Free Shipping offers do not include premium shipping charges or International orders.
