To return for a refund:

Step #1: Set Up Your Return

Online: Click the "Start a Return" button below to look up your order and start the process.

You can also log in to your account to initiate a return.

By completing the online process, you will be provided a return label to print for your return. 

By Phone: Call for a Return Reference Number (RR#)

To ensure that your return is processed according to your instructions, please call our customer service department at 800-835-0919 for a Return Reference number (RR#), and/or provide exchange information. This number will ensure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

STEP #2: Packaging and Labels

Please complete the Return Form on your shipping document or click the button below to print the Return Form.* Be sure to include the Return Reference number that you have been given by calling the above number, attach the form to your package and return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

STEP #3: Care and Shipping*

Please insure your package for the full value of the jewelry listed on the invoice. Ship your package by any shipper you prefer. 

Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by us. All jewelry will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team and / or gemologist prior to the refund being processed.  

Return Confirmation

You will receive a Return Confirmation email once we have completed the returns process, usually within 4 days of acceptance at our Distribution Center.

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed! We're committed to providing you with great customer service and making a return or an exchange as easy as possible. That's our promise to our customers!

30-Day No-Risk Return Policy & Guarantee

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient.

Gift Returns 

As a gift recipient, you may return your gift for a merchandise credit or, if you prefer, we can also issue a refund to the purchaser. 

Reach out to customerservice@ross-simons.com or 800-835-0919 for further return instructions, and have the gift giver’s name and address available for faster assistance. Allow up to 4 business days for returns processing.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders 

If there is a problem with your order upon receipt, email customerservice@ross-simons.com or 800-835-0919 for assistance. We will advise you on how to proceed with a return or rectify the specific issue you have.

Returns Insurance 

If using the return label we provide, insurance is included. If you are purchasing your own return label, most tracking includes some insurance. Until your return is processed, please keep your receipt and/or tracking number for confirmation that the jewelry was shipped back to us.

What is your exchange policy?

To exchange your order:

Step # 1: Set Up Your Exchange

Email customerservice@ross-simons.com or 800-835-0919 to request your Return Reference number (RR#) and obtain further return instructions. Please have your order number, item number you are exchanging, and the item number you would like to exchange for. You may also request a gift certificate when exchanging.

The Return Reference number will ensure that your exchange is processed correctly and in a timely manner. 

Exchange Price Differences:

When exchanging for a higher-priced piece, you will need to remit payment for the price difference. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced piece, you will receive a gift certificate for the price difference when you receive your new item. 

Even Exchanges:

If you would like to make an even exchange for the same piece in the same size or length, you can request your Return Reference number (RR#) and return label online.

Exchange Confirmation

Exchanges are usually processed within 4 business days of reaching our Distribution Center. New Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails are sent with updates on the exchange. The credit from the original piece will be used toward the new order and will show as Prepaid Exchange.

*All returns using our return label may be subject to a $4.95 fee.
