The ravishing 2.90 carat oval garnet centerpiece is ornamented with sparkling .29 ct. t.w. red and white round brilliant-cut diamond decor, which continues onto the 18kt yellow gold over sterling silver band. 1/2" wide. Red and white diamond, and garnet ring. Our red diamonds are natural diamonds that have been treated which causes the color change and then heated to hold the color. The color change process is permanent.
