About Mattioli:
In 1995, Licia Mattioli worked together with her father to aquire the Antica Ditta Marchisio, the first and oldest trademarked goldsmith in the city of Turin. With the help of her engineer father Luciano Mattioli, a manager of one of Italy's largest companies, Licia took the creative lead, and Mattioli was born.
While working to grow the Mattioli brand, Licia simultaneously opened a contemporary art gallery in the city of Turin. This creative environment nourished Licia's ideas for jewelry concepts, and was surely a strong influence in her early Mattioli collections.
Licia's enthusiasm, natural creativity, and collaborative nature have led Mattioli to several iconic partnerships with major fashion houses including Tiffany & Co., Cartier and Gucci.
