Description

These elegant drop earrings are reminiscent of decorative vintage hand fans. 1.70 ct. t.w. white zircon rounds spark an array of 14.00 ct. t.w. cabochon tanzanites and Ethiopian opals. Set in sterling silver with white rhodium plating to resist tarnish. Hanging length is 1 5/8". Hinged post, white zircon and tanzanite fan earrings.

CabochonCABOCHON: A style of cutting gemstones to achieve a smooth, domed surface with an absence of facets.

OpalOPAL: With an iridescent luster that can reveal a beautiful kaleidoscope of color, the opal has inspired many myths and legends. A white opal with swirls of soft pastel shades is popular for jewelry, but opals also come in black and blue. Opal is the gemstone for October birthdays.
