Set in polished 18kt yellow gold over sterling silver, this pendant necklace features .41 ct. t.w. round brilliant-cut diamonds with white rhodium and black enamel with blue diamond accents. Suspends from a cable chain with a 2" extender. Springring clasp, black enamel and diamond evil eye pendant necklace. Our blue diamonds are natural diamonds that have been treated which causes the color change and then heated to hold the color. The color change process is permanent.
