    Gorgeous ring, lots of sparkle

    This ring makes an impact without being over the top. It has a lot of sparkle and shine, and the sterling itself is very nice (sometimes Ross-Simons' silver jewelry can be flat and gray-ish in color, rather than true shiny silver). The ring is prettier than in the picture, mostly because of the sparkle and shine you see in real life. I ordered a size 6, which is usually slightly large on me (it spins a bit, but is not so large I could lose a ring). But in a wide band like this, I found my usual size is a pretty snug fit. This is not a true eternity band -- and I guess it can't be. What I mean by this is that there's a break in the repeating pattern, which I guess is necessary for the ring to come in different sizes. It doesn't really bother me, I just turn that slight gap to the back. The bad thing is, the ring lost a stone almost right away. Again, I've found this to be a problem with R-S sterling and pave jewelry in the past. Customer service replaced it immediately, so now fingers crossed this new ring won't also drop stones. Also -- ROSS-SIMONS, PLEASE START OFFERING ETERNITY BANDS IN HALF SIZES! They can't be resized by a jeweler, so help us out here!
