Ross-Simons is great, some things slip through the cracks.

I thought some earring jackets would be nice for my daughter because as she is quite petite and has long hair. Small earrings that are studs get lost on her, so the jackets could have given them a bit more visibility. But when I opened the order I was shocked to see they were completely hollowed out from the back. It seems like a bit of pressure would have just bent them. So they are returning to R-S without even showing them to her - I feel too embarrassed. The good news is I found a black and white diamond drop pair that accomplishes my task and am getting a 2nd pair just in case something happens to them.
