    better second time around

    i love emeralds, and am known for all that i own. my brother works with jewelry and wanted for some reason to restring the necklace. grabbing it, it broke and the beads went flying all over. for the longest time you were out of it. when i saw it again, i snatched it up. no, he will not touch this one. i love it, it sparkles, and i'm so pleased. it feels and looks great. the emeralds are rich and the perfect shade of green. not washed out or dull. not cloudy. just perfect.

    Expensive looking and Elegant!

    This necklace is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen! The stones are clear and bright green and well matched. They sparkle and they are just the right size. The price was unbelieveable too especially with the 30% discount. I love the way the stones are faceted which gives them a lot of "punch". My only regret is the clasp, it is tiny and very hard to secure. This would have much better with a "shephard's hook" clasp. I would highly recommend this to anyone loving emeralds and beautiful jewelry...it is very well made and you won't be disappointed!

    I will be able to use this strand of emeralds with a variety of colors and outfits; I can wear it to different occasions. The color of the stones is rich and the quality is good.     more beautiful than imagined

    this necklace is perfect. the clasp is a bit small. the emeralds are clear and bright, shiny and fresh looking. i chose the 16 inch because of where it would land. right on my clavicle. it is so beautiful, words are not enough. they match my emeralds from 30 years ago. like i said...clear. clean and crisp. i could not be a happier camper.

    Beautiful Color

    Though I like the necklace, I must ask two questions -- First, has anyone else experienced having a green stain on the back of their neck after wearing this, and second, why is the clasp sized for Barbie? I am a 'normal' sized woman and will need to pay to have a 'normal' sized clasp added. Answers from the manufacturer would be most appreciated.

    The emerald luster is beautiful

    the necklace is absouletly beautiful.. the emeralds are a deep green with incredible luster. my only concern is i would have perferred the clasp a little bigger. it is difficult to put on. Eve

    The necklace is nice and I like it but the clasp is VERY hard to use. It is so small it is almost impossible to operate it yourself. You need help.

    This item was heavily included. My jeweler said it was less than acceptable. In addition, the clasp was very small and would need to be replaced before use. I returned this item.

    Clasp is too small

    The clasp is so small it seems designed for baby jewelry. Very difficult to work with. The beads are very nice but the clasp ruins this piece of jewelry. I'm probably going to return this.
