    This is a great product

    I really loved this product for the price. It was a gift for my daughter. The only thing that I did not like was the clasp. It is very tiny and difficult to grasp. The clasp really should be larger.

    My wife loves the necklace except for thr difficult to handle clasp. It's too close to the pearls to work easily. Otherwise the necklace is lovely for the price.

    The clasp on this necklace is very cheaply made; so hard to fasten, I will have it replaced. Does not live up to RS standards.

    Great luster on the pearls

    I found the pearls themselves very pleasing, however, the gold clasp is very smaill and very difficult to close. The pearls are also very tightly strung. Perhaps downgrading to a larger sterling silver clasp will improve this product.

    poor quality

    I am a mother who purchased these pearls for my son to give to his girlfriend.  They were of poor shape...some oval mixed with some almost round.  They were described as "must have" pearls.  I would be ashamed to give these as a gift.

    Disappointing

    The size of the pearls is much smaller than anticipated, the clasp is difficult to work and the length is barely as long as stated. Americans do not think in metric terms, so a chart of actual sizes of pearls would be a huge help in ordering and would avoid making a sorry mmistake.
