I purchased this necklace to hang a diamond pendant on. Â It was just what I wanted. Â The chain is durable enough to hold the pendant. It also fit over the closures. Â It is 16" which is what I wanted. Â I would highly recommend it. Â

This chain was purchased to replace a piece I bought abroad, for my daughter to wear with an heirloom 2 ct. round basket mounted diamond that has a touch of canary color in it. I know some may think this choice is too light for the job, however, it is very secure with a great clasp too. The point of it is with my daughter's delicate neck and shoulder area - and the chains' low-key appearance, the diamond takes its place and is lovely as ever. I am sure my Mother approves.

This was to be my daughter's birthday present.

This is the only item which I have bought from Ross-Simons which was defective. When my daughter put it on, the clasp broke in her hands. We were both upset because of Ross-Simons previous reputation in having the best jewelry for the best price. However, we did call and sent it back. Collectively, we have our fingers crossed that the replacement chain will not break.
