poor service

The customer service at this store is very poor. I purchased a very expensive pair of earrings, and every time I called to make a payment on the earrings I was told my card was declined. It took a phone call to the home office to get my payment to go through. I knew there was nothing wrong with the card because I used it on a daily basis. They shipped the earrings to me, and when I received them the clasp was very loose. I took the earrings back to the store, and I was told that they had a jeweler that could fix the clasp without a problem. I called back the next day, and was told the earrings had to be sent back ot their home office. I told them when I walked into the store that I did not want them sent out. I love the jewelry at Ross-Simons, but really do not like dealing with this store.
