How do I delete a product that I added to my order?

  1. Go to your "Shopping Cart" by clicking the button located at the top of any page.
  2. Click the "remove" link in the "Qty" column.

How do I change the quantity for an item in my shopping cart?

  1. Go to your "Shopping Cart" by clicking the button located at the top of any page.
  2. Change the quantity in the "Qty" box, located on the same line as the item. Once selected, the cart will automatically update.

Can I order by telephone?

Order Toll-Free 800-835-0919. Our knowledgeable phone representatives are here to take your call Monday through Friday from 8am-10pm; Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 10am-6pm EST.

How do I cancel an order?

Contact our Customer Service Department at 800-835-0919. Orders process quickly, in some cases, an order may already be in the shipping process and may be unable to be canceled.

Why does my shopping cart always appear empty?

The most common reason this happens is because our shopping cart "cookie" is being blocked by the web browser. Our website utilizes "cookies" to maintain your shopping cart.

What is a "cookie"?

A cookie is a message given to a web browser (on home computer) from a web server (the internet). The cookie allows information to be stored on your or a (either one) home computer (name, addresses, items in shopping carts, interests and hobbies, User ID) for future access by a website upon a return visit.

How will changing my settings for "cookies" affect my security?

Every browser has different security levels associated with "cookies". Changing these levels is a personal choice. Ross-Simons cannot recommend a particular security setting for you to use, but we can tell you that you must allow cookies in order to shop our site. You may still place an order by visiting the site or calling Toll-Free 800-835-0919.

How can I be sure that I will receive my discount?

Any promotional discount or allowance will be applied during the checkout process. To be sure that you receive your discount or allowance, enter your promotion code or the source code on your catalog (found in the yellow box on your catalog's back cover) into the "Catalog/Source Code" box during checkout. These codes are time-sensitive and do expire. If your code is not working properly, please contact Customer Service. Premium shipping charges still apply to promotional discounts. Items that receive free shipping (i.e.- Waterford) will not be included in the order total when shipping charges are calculated.

Can I have a ring resized if the size I want is out of stock?

Select gold rings can be resized. Please remember that for jewelry items that require sizing, you should add 4-5 days to the delivery schedule. Ring sizing is free of charge for any ring priced $500 or more. Otherwise, please add $15.00 sizing charge for gold rings (Sterling rings cannot be resized). How do I enter a gift message?

If you would like to enter a personalized gift message to appear on the shipping ticket you may do so during checkout. On the checkout page, please check either "Single Comments" or "Multiple Comments" at the bottom of the screen. Once you have entered the required information, click on the "Continue to Checkout" button. You will be able to add your comments on the following screen. Once complete, finalize your order to complete the process.

Where can I enter information to personalize my item(s)?

If you would like to enter information to personalize your item (i.e. jewelry monogram), you may do so when you select the item. If an item accepts personalization, you will be provided a screen that asks for the information that can be accepted. Please call for details on character limits corresponding to individual items. We cannot accept returns on personalized items. Please click here to see available monogram styles.

When will I receive my order?

Regular delivery for in-stock merchandise is 7-10 business days. For 2 business-day Expedited Delivery* add an additional $10.00. For Overnight Service* add $20.00 (must be placed before noon EST). If we're temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. Overnight Service is available for delivery on the next regular business day. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us at 1-800-835-0919 for delivery options based upon your specific location. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule, however regular delivery will take an extra 3 days. If the item(s) you purchased are drop shipped, you will receive the merchandise directly from the manufacturer in approximately 2 weeks from the date your order was placed.

*We regret that Expedited or Overnight Service cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Recipient's telephone number is required on all orders. Note: Items that are weight or size prohibitive may not qualify for Ross-Simons Expedited or Overnight Service.
