What is the status of my order? Can I view previous orders?

For inquiries about an order already placed, click on the "Order History" button, located at the top of any page. Please enter your e-mail address and password provided on your last order. If you do not have a password, can't view or do not find your order, please contact Customer Service or call Toll-Free at 800-835-0919, Monday through Friday, 8am to 10pm; Saturday, 8am to 6pm; Sunday 10am-6pm EST and ask us to check your order status.

What if I forgot my password?

• Proceed to "Order History".
• Click on the "Click here if you have forgotten your password" hyperlink.
• Enter your email address and click "Submit".
• Your password will be sent to your email address.

How do I store shipping information on the website?

If you provide a password with an order, you will be able to logon as a "Returning Customer" and retrieve your "Order History" as well as your billing and shipping information.
