- 1-1/2 ounces Aperol
- 3 ounces prosecco
- 3/4 ounce club soda
- 1 orange slice for garnish
Cucumber Margarita
DrinkYou won't be able to get enough of this refreshing spin on a classic margarita. Our best advice? Mix in a pitcher so you don't have to come inside every time you need a refill.
Katie's Recipe:
Blend 12 slices of fresh cucumber, 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, 4 ounces Triple Sec, 6 ounces Tequila and 6 cups of ice until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with a salt rim if desired and a lime.
Red Sangria
DrinkYou'll want to make this classic Spanish drink in a pitcher for easy top-offs in your dining room or on your patio. If you close your eyes and pretend you're on a beach in Barcelona, we won't tell.
Jess's Recipe:
Chop 1/2 medium apple, 1/2 medium orange and 3 tbsp of organic cane sugar to a pitcher & mix. Next, add 1 cup of orange juice, 1/3 cup of brandy and a 750ml bottle of dry Spanish red wine. Add ice, stir & enjoy!
