Bing & Grondahl 2017 Annual Porcelain Christmas Plate - 123rd Edition

Details

Description

The Bing & Grondahl porcelain Christmas plate is the world's oldest decorative plate and was issued for the first time in 1895. The 2017 motif by artist Dag Samsund is the 123rd in the annual series. Here, a father has gone to cut a Christmas tree and the family is waiting in anticipation for him from the windows of their warm, cozy living room. Soon, when the tree has been brought in, they will decorate it and put the family's Christmas star at the very top. That's when Christmas has finally arrived. Made in Denmark. Measures 7" in diameter. Item is safely and securely packaged.
