I love labradorite and have several very nice pieces. Â The last couple of times I purchased rings, Â their stones fell out. Â Of course, Â Ross Simons was extremely helpful. Â They sent labels and the new ones were perfect ! Â Took a chance on this ring as it was so beautiful. Â Fits perfectly and I haven't had any problems at all.Â
I really like RS but their customer service is terrific. Â Things happen, Â I know that, Â but they are always willing to help! Â Thank you!Â
