It's a lovely necklace except for the clasp.

The clasp is small and very difficult to work with. I have already replaced it at my local jeweler, making me question whether it was worth buying the necklace in the first place.

defective clasp

It arrived with a defective clasp but I was still charged for the shipping and handling upon return. I have purchased from Ross for over 35 yrs. but NEVER AGAIN!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE----What I should say is "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
