    Beautiful starfish

    The 2 necklaces I purchased were beautiful and were just like the picture, I was very impressed. The problem I have is with the shipping method for necklaces. I bought the 18" chain for both and they were so knotted up, I almost sent them back. Some girls at worked helped me work on them to get the knots out, took about an hour! For that reason I wouldn't purchase a necklace from your company again, although I think your quality is wonderful, I don't have the time or the patience to undo those knots. I think they should be shipped where they don't just shake all over the little bag they are in and turn into one BIG knot. Love your company, hate your shipping. I would still buy a ring, bracelet or earrings as long as the earrings aren't the hanging kind.
