Disappointing, but the sales staff was extremely quick and courteous processing my return.
These earrings looked much better in the catalogue than they did in real life: the strand of "diamonds" was stiff, more metal than stones. I returned them the day after receiving them via mail; processing the return was quick and pleasant -- great in-store staff.
