Good service, but poor product.

I have purchased countless items from Ross Simons over the years and have never had a bad experience until now. I bought two of these rings for my teenage daughter for Christmas. After wearing them once, two stones fell out of one of the rings. I would return the item, but for the cost of the ring the return is more trouble than it's worth.

Not as described

The ring was supposed to be rose vermeil. I could not tell any color difference from a yellow gold. I thought about sending it back, checked the label to ensure it was rose gold. Either it was mislabeled or the definition or rose gold is not any different from yellow gold.
