Perfect everyday...

LOVE this ring. It shines and matches eveything. Marcasite looks so much like diamond that people who commented on it thought it was black diamond. Though I find the idea of buying black diamonds crazy (dirty diamond??) the shine is great. I did order a size large than I normally do because I have found that Ross-Simons rings run small. Additionally, you may have to get used to the rough feeling of the rind because the marcasite goes all the wany around.

Great as a guard ring, or stack several of them

I got three of these marcasite eternity bands in a size 9 and am wearing them stacked, sometimes with two other bands in between. I also plan to use them individually as guard rings. Their grey color looks great with other marcasite or antiqued jewelry. They seem to be holding up very well, at least no stones have fallen out in almost a month of wear. (Note: To stack them, it is best to order one size up so the stack will not be too tight.)
