Beautiful Tourmalines

I love these for the tourmalines, but they are definitely a bit on the heavy side. In addition, the pair I received had a weak post, which snapped off when putting them on for the first time. I will have my jeweler re-attach the post. The tourmaline colors are bright and the stones are translucent. The earring backs are beautifully finished. I do love these and think you will, too. I think the post issue is unfortunate, but not damaging to my opinion on the overall quality. I did get them at a reduced sale price and that is a bonus.

Beautiful tourmalines

Tourmalines are at the top of my favorite gemstones, but I will admit, I was contemplating sending these back because of the weight; they are extremely heavy. I replaced the back with discs and that seemed to work, but they are still heavy.

Big and standout pieces.

I wanted these earrings so long time, to match tourmaline necklace and bracelet. They are big but i am tall full body woman, so they are not oversized for me. But -God!- they are heavy 'cause there are real stones, not fake. I wore them twice already and i've got compliments, but took them off as soon as i was on my own. I dont want to return them: they are gorgeous, but i will try to put sturdier backups for the other side of my ear. The own ones are too small.

Earrings arrived with stones loose in the box

I was given these by my husband for Christmas, when I opened the box I heard rolling loose stones. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of these earrings. Needless to say they are going back. Not Ross Simons usual quality
