    Lovely Sapphire pendant to Match Rings

    This blue sapphire pendant is a beautiful addition to my jewelry collection of blue sapphire rings. The sapphire is large enough to make a bold, beautiful, statement that clearly says, "I love blue sapphires." I would love to have real diamonds rather than white Topaz around this pendant; however, the cost would be prohibitive for far too many, if real diamonds were used. However, I do not like the way the hinged bale constantly slips around to the front allowing the hinge to show all the time. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. That design flaw needs to be addressed. I believe any one would like the actual pendant. The sapphire is far more blue than I expected it to be; so the sapphire is not the most expensive of blue sapphires. Expensive blue sapphires are more black in color; however, the size of the sapphire, pretty much makes up for that fact. This pendant is a perfect size, not too large, nor too small. I also have this pendant in the Emerald and tend to wear that even more often than the blue Sapphire, because it is such a standout with my rose colored outfits.
