The Italian flex omega necklace is the perfect necklace. It lays flat on my neckline its comfortable and its light weight. It looks great whether I wear it with jeans or a cocktail dress. It shines with everything I wear. I also get tons of compliments. I really do love this necklace!!

Makes a great "statement"

It really stands out....actually glistens! One tiny drawback...It is extremely hard to open and close. Am having a new clasp put on it. Otherwise it deserves FIVE stars!

The necklace itself is quite lovely.

The necklace itself is quite lovely. It does not lay quite as smoothly as more expensive cobra necklaces but at the selling price, it is still quite a bargain. But with that said, the lobster clasp is much too small. Both my husband and I had a very difficult time trying to open it to secure the ends. In the end, I took it to my jeweler to have a larger clasp put on.

Beautiful necklace & great value!

I had wanted a sleek everyday piece of neckwear for both causal & dressy wear. As a tall mature woman the thin typical chain did not fit my requirements. I was suspicious that a silicone filled "gold" necklace would not have a rich look but this necklace is perfect. It has the look of a substantial piece without the weight. And since it is silicone filled it is at a much lower price than a solid piece would be. Only negative - lobster clasp could be larger for slightly arthritic fingers.

The gold necklace is just like the picture and very nice in person. The lobster claw clasp was so tiny I could not open it enough to put it around my neck. I purchased a magnetic clasp and applied it to the necklace and am enjoying wearing it.

good for the money but...

this is a really inexpensive alternative to a traditional 14k omega chain. I think it looks good, particularly from a distance but, because it's so light it doesn't lay flat against your skin like a real one would. I've measured it against my other 16" gold Omega and it is just a little bit shorter. Still, I'm glad I bought it.

Very gold, almost not real looking

I had expected the necklace to be impressive, finally a gold necklace I could afford and you can actually see. I did not except it to be so large, bright and stick out. In my opinion it does not look like real gold. It is a very stiff necklace, does not lay flat, not hug neck, actually sticks out like a wire. The clasp is too small for necklace & hard to open & close. I will add to this I am not a large person, It might work for a larger person, it is not for me & it is being returned.

looks good, but too firm to set well

This looks good, and might wear well, but the core of silicone is so firm it does not drape well at all. The description of "Flex Omega" led me to believe it could, and would, set well around the neck, and at 20 inches, could settle onto the clavicle. Not so - this is as firm as any other omega. It does open a bit, but does not "flex" as described. Better to buy a thick chain or wear several chains - they follow the lines of the body, not some "core."
