Cute BUT Falls Off!

Like the product & price BUT be warned the toggle is too small and it comes undone very easily. Â Already fell off several times and thought it was lost. Â Not sure how to resolve it so it's going back to the store for assistance.

Disappointed.

I was disappointd that Ross Simon would not engrave this for me after I purchased it. I had to take it to a local jeweler who did a beautiful job for me. The information in your catalogue/on line was misleading....I believed that I could have it engraved by you when I purchased it.....very disappointing and certainly inconvenient. I also had a claw clasp added rather than the toggle clasp. the toggle clasp which came on the bracelet was very large and would appear to be a risk for loss. It would have been helpful to me if in the catalogue/on line Ross Simon informed me that you would not engrave the item and why and also the measurements of the toggle clasp.

The Bracelet Was Shoddy

None of the links were welded and the bracelet kept breaking in multiple places. The initial ingraved in the heart was tiny - I ended up going to my local jeweler and selling the bracelet for scrap gold I was very disappointed.
