    I was alittle leary at first becasue afforable tanzanites are usually very light. This one is just beautiful. A very pretty color and the diamonds around it are very bright as well. Excellent purchase.

    real nice piece !

    Most of all, I was very pleased with deep color of the tanzanite. The diamonds seemed clear and sparkled. The small size was as expected, but just right for the person receiving this as a gift. And the price-on extra clearance sale with free shipping- was excellent. It made for a great Xmas present.

    A very beautiful pendant.  The shape is unique, and the tanzanite is a gorgeous color.  the diamonds, though small, are a nice color as well and have a lot of life to them.  Despite its being delicate, it makes a statement!

    This necklace has a lovely setting and center stone

    The setting for this piece is lovely as is the center stone, but I was disappointed in the diamonds. They were cloudy and didn't do much to set off the tanzanite. CZs would have given more sparkle.

    So, so pendant

    The tanzanite is not as violet blue as the photo, it is paler in color. The overall size is about 30% smaller than the photo, which is disappointing. This was a gift- if I had had time I would have returned it.

    Much smaller than I expected

    I looked at the photos on this and the reviews prior to purchase. This item looks much more prominent on the photo of the woman than it does on me. I'm not a large woman that would dwarf the necklace, but this necklace is not really even very visible on me and the color on the one I received was much more pale than in the photo. Generally, on the whole, I love the jewelry I get at RS, but I was disappointed with this item and that's never happened before. Yes, I could send it back, but I'll just chalk it up to a fluke experience and more carefully check the measurements next time.

    it is a very nice necklace, but the tanzanite is so lacking in color you can not even tell what it is. This is too bad because the photo showed a very nice color.
