What a great buy!

I still can't believe the price because, in person, this looks even better - like a $1,000 piece.  It goes with so many colors and outfits and marries classic and classy baroque grey pearls with 14K small beads.  Perfect!  This is one piece of jewelry I know I will cherish the rest of my days and never tire of.

Beautiful Surprise

These baroque pearls are large and beautiful. I ordered the 20in. since I am tall and wanted to make a fashion statement. And they certainly do that. You also cannot beat the price. Terrific buy.

This necklace rivals the more expensive pearl strands I have seen. The grey pearls have beautiful coloring and the gold spacers add a bit of pizazz. Love them.

Stunning

The necklace was very pretty, actually too pretty. The pearls were not chunky but mostly oval and smoother than the picture showed giving the necklace I got a much more dressier look. I ended up returning it.

Beautiful and looks expensive

These pearls are wonderful. They look very expensive, that is, similar to natural baroque pearls that sell for several thousand dollars. Its great to be able to travel with something that looks so good. The best part is if they were lost or stolen, it would not be a big dent in the pocketbook!

A nice gift for my hard-to-buy-for girlfriend. She likes the (new to us) gray color and baroque shape. Easy to integrate into a business outfit. Classy, without breaking the bank. The clasp is a bit baffling. I should've taken a closer look at it before taking it out of the box.

Lovely necklace; small clasp

The baroque pearls are beautiful, but especially because they are irregularly shaped (and draw attention that way) in my opinion they did not need the gold ball-shaped spacers between each pearl. They are an unnecessary distraction, also by adding another color to the grey of the necklace, and must have added to the expense.

Recommend ordering one length longer than you want. I ordered 16" and it was so short I had to take it to my jeweler to have an extension added. Love it otherwise.

pearl size and shape not well matched

The overall luster and effect of this necklace is very nice. However, some of the baroque pearls have flat sides that are not consistent with the dimensions of the other pearls and therefore, mar the overall look of the necklace. I have to be sure to clasp the necklace on a certain side so as to be sure that these "flat, irregular" sides are lying against my body. The gold separators make a nice effect.

Very, very, very disappointing

I have rarely been more disappointed about something. I have bought many, many beautiful things from Ross-Simons over the years and have always been beyond pleased with the quality and the price. But mostly with the quality. I was so excited when I saw these grey pearls. They looked so beautiful in the photograph. I would have paid a higher price and was dumbfounded by the sale. I couldnâ??t wait to get them. Now I guess Iâ??ve learned the â??you get what you pay forâ?? lesson. I havenâ??t returned them. But I havenâ??t worn them yet either. I tried to one morning but didnâ??t. Hereâ??s the problem. They are completely flat on one side. Maybe if Iâ??d known that I just wouldnâ??t have ordered them. I tried turning the â??flat sidesâ?? over so they wouldnâ??t show but that doesnâ??t work. Anyway, I know I shouldnâ??t be upset by this but the strand was so pretty and I was so happy when I ordered them. And then got such a big letdown.
