    Beautiful necklace. I wasn't disappointed when it arrrived as it was just as nice as it appeared in the Smithsonian Magazine. My only regret is that you didn't have matching earrings to go with it.

    My favorite gemstone is lapis and this necklace has lots of lapis! It's a beautiful necklace with a nice weight to it. It looks very elegant on, especially if you twist it a few times before putting it on. The contrast of the deep blue of the lapis and the creamy white of the pearls is lovely. I've received many compliments on this necklace!

    Pretty combination

    I like the beads, but the necklace feels much smaller than it should be. The end bars, clasp, and 3" extender are average quality. Also, I am not very successful keeping them twisted. Good overall concept, though. I might restring the beads into a different style.

    The product looked liek the picture when it arrived

    I have purchased 5 similar necklaces from Ross & Simmons since December. This Lapis necklace's clasp broke within weeks. I set it aside to go the jewlery repair shop without much thought about it until a second one the neclaces I bought in amethyst also broke. After 2 broke in a couple of months, I have to question quality of the construction. But they are pretty and I do get complements on them when I wear them.
