This product has great features, th elittle clip attachment .

I love the little clip that attaches the heart to to the chain.One could remove it easily and attach this to any other chain . The diamonds are not that bright as it was seen on the video .I am one who has many other pendants and love to move things around and wear them differently. On the whole I trust Ross/Simon and have always been treated well.

great for the price

I wear this all the time. Very versatile and has great style. The only drawback is that it seems to twist around backwards easily, for this reason I wish the back of the charm was just solid polished sterling instead of the lattice like look it has. I love the toggle closure but you do have to be careful, it has come undone a few times but the necklace always stays on. One feature it has that I don't remember from the description is that the charm is removable.

Small

I wasn't impressed by this necklace. I guess I wanted to be "wowed" and I definitely wasn't. The heart is smaller than I expected. Even so that would have been fine if it looked ok. However, the pave diamonds are so small, and there is so much silver showing in between them, that the piece has little to no sparkle. And it is forever twisting up; no matter WHICH way I put this necklace on or fasten the toggle, I would say 90% of the time it ends up twisted and hanging backwards within minutes. I guess that was why they thought to make the back have a decorative pattern?!

I bought this necklace for a casual everyday piece. For the price it's okay but it does not have any "wow" factor whatsoever like other Ross Simons jewelry that I've purchased.
