    The monogram is pretty, but the chain is very thin.

    The monogram is a nice size and very shiny. I was disappointed that the chain was as thin as it was.

    The quality of the product matched my expectations. I am very pleased.

    The quality of the item is great.  I was disappointed that the item was not delivered when it was originally suppose to arrive because I had ordered it for a gift for Christmas, however, Ross Simons compensated me appropriately and I appreciate the customer service.  I did also order a name in script and the name broke in half within a month of it's purchase.  There was one section that was very thin and I think too much pressure on that piece caused it to break.

    Looks better in person

    I was very anxious to receive this item in person, a gift for my 17 yr daughter. It was way beyond my expectations, beautiful script - more decorative than the sample picture on the site. the chain is very delicate, but so far so good with my daughter wearing it very frequently. I think this is a great value. shipping and processing took longer than estimated, so plan accordingly.
