POLISHED: A buffed-out finish used to produce a mirror-like shine.
POST/CLUTCH: An earring with a post insert and a slide-on clutch backing to hold it in place.
Usually I am very satisfied with my R-S purchases. I considered returning this pair of earrings since they are small. They are attractive but it is difficult to see the star shape when worn. Although not a "wow" pair of studs, I kept them for times I want subtle.
