I was thrilled to find this charm with engraving at this price. It was a little smaller than what I thought, but still very nice.  Excellent customer service.

Just what I was thinking of

I purchased two of these - one for each of my baby boys Grandmothers. They each have charm bracelets that they started in the 1960's, and this is a great, very traditional charm to add to their bracelets. It is also nice that they can be engraved when you order, and do not have to take the time to have that done elsewhere.

totally misleading and poor value

This charm is so small it was not worth the price paid. The description was misleading. Hard to believe they were able to get 7 characters to fit let alone the 8 allowed. Because it has been engraved returns are supposedly not allowed. I am thoroughly disappointed in the quality. I will never purchase anything that cannot be returned again.......the quality of products offered seems to be diminishing.
