30-Day NO HASSLE Diamond Return Policy

Ross-Simons offers a 30-day no hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange. Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross Simons cannot be returned.

Return procedure:

To simplify the return of your Diamond merchandise, please follow the steps below:

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Contact our customer service department at 800-835-0919 for a return authorization number (RA#). This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner. Returns without a return authorization will not be accepted.

PROPER PACKAGING OF YOUR RETURN

Include all original packaging and printed material. If your merchandise came with a diamond certificate, it must be returned with the merchandise or you will be responsible for a $100 replacement of certificate charge.

CARING FOR YOUR PACKAGE

Because the safe return of your package is as important to Ross-Simons as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Ship your package via USPS REGISTERED MAIL and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived at Ross Simons.

Please note: Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Ross Simons.

All diamonds will be inspected by our gemologist prior to the refund being processed.
