Regular delivery for in-stock merchandise is 7-10 business days. For 2-4 Day Expedited Service* add an additional $6.00 and for Overnight Service* add $15.00 (must be placed before 10am EST). If we're temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. Overnight Service is available for delivery on the next regular business day. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us at 1-800-835-0919 for delivery options based upon your specific location. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule, however regular delivery will take an extra 3 days.
If the item(s) you purchased are drop shipped, you will receive the merchandise directly from the manufacturer in approximately 2 weeks from the date your order was placed.
*We regret that Expedited or Overnight Service cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Recipient's telephone number is required on all orders. Note: Items that are weight or size prohibitive may not qualify for Ross-Simons Expedited or Overnight Service.

Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Can parts of my order be shipped to different addresses? Yes. You can have up to 20 separate ship-to addresses per order. When adding an item to your shopping cart, choose the recipient (or create a new recipient) to whom you wish to send the item. Items already in your cart cannot be transferred to another ship-to address. If you wish to move an item to another ship-to address, you must first delete it from your cart and re-add the item to the address to which you wish it to be sent.
