The Ross-Simons product search feature allows you to search by major product category (jewelry, tableware, clearance, etc.), secondary product group (necklaces, china, etc.), keyword, price range, manufacturer, pattern and by catalog number.

When an item is shown in many catalogs, how can I be sure I am getting the lowest price?

All products featured on our web site are listed at the lowest current price available. Prices subject to change without notice.

How do you determine which items become clearance items? Are they the same quality?

All Ross-Simons products are first quality. Clearance merchandise may be from previous catalogs, limited quantities, special purchases or one-of-a-kind samples.

How do I delete a product that I added to my order?

1. Go to your "Shopping Bag" by clicking the button located at the top of any page.
2. Click the "remove" link in the "Qty" column.

How do I change the quantity for an item in my shopping bag?

1. Go to your "Shopping Bag" by clicking the button located at the top of any page.
2. Change the quantity in the "Qty" box, located on the same line as the item. Once selected, the shopping bag will automatically update.

How do I cancel an order?

Contact our Customer Service Department at 800-835-0919. Orders process quickly, in some cases, an order may already be in the shipping process and may be unable to be canceled.

The most common reason this happens is because our shopping bag "cookie" is being blocked by the web browser. Our website utilizes "cookies" to maintain your shopping bag.

Any promotional discount or allowance will be applied during the checkout process. To be sure that you receive your discount or allowance, enter your promotion code or the source code on your catalog (found in the yellow box on your catalog's back cover) into the "Catalog/Source Code" box during checkout. These codes are time-sensitive and do expire. If your code is not working properly, please contact Customer Service. Premium shipping charges still apply to promotional discounts. Items that receive free shipping (i.e.- Waterford) will not be included in the order total when shipping charges are calculated.
